Unlike many pieces about "joy" that are fast and "joyful," Christmas Is a Time for Joy, is much more meditative.  The work has a beautiful, lyrical melody that is easily uaccessible to the young chorister.

 

This three-part work in written in such a way that it can be performed in two-parts. If your choir is limited to two-parts (this year), the third part may be omitted.
